Farragut Invests in Uptime USA

CHEVY CHASE, MD – Farragut Capital Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of its latest investment, in Uptime USA, a portfolio company of Aventa Capital.  Farragut invested Unitranche debt and equity to support the company’s acquisition of 415IT.

Headquartered in California, Uptime USA and 415IT offer managed IT, network infrastructure, cloud hosting, and cybersecurity services to small and mid-sized businesses across the West Coast.  Together they deliver comprehensive solutions that enable clients to maintain secure, reliable, and scalable IT environments, providing long-term stability and operational efficiency for organizations with complex technology needs.
