The investment was made to facilitate a recapitalization of the Company, providing a partial liquidity event for the company’s owners and facilitating a minority investment by a private equity sponsor. Simulyze represents the firm’s second investment out of the team’s third fund, Farragut Mezzanine Partners III, LP.
